The essential skills needed for effective study, are brought together through mindfulness practices (meditation), time chunking and a strategy to overcome fear in order to achieve your W.I.N (What’s Important Now / Homework or Studying).

Angela completed her Bachelor of Science degree at Wollongong University. Angela studied at the Life Mastery Institute under the guidance of some of the most highly revered experts in transformational science. Angela holds Diplomas and Certificates in Wellness Coaching Australia and Cadence Health. She has been leader in the health and wellness industry for the past 25 years, motivating clients to be the best version of themselves.
